Speaker Support Producer

As a Speaker Support Producer for Wilson Dow, you are responsible for communicating and trafficking changes made to client materials such as presentations, scripts, print materials, creative deliverables and more. You will work with the Graphic Designer to make sure there are no spelling or grammatical errors, there is consistency in messaging and design, that changes are tracked, and version control is managed seamlessly and efficiently. We expect this person to have an incredible attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills, and foster good communication and rapport with both designers and clients.

Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator position provides an important support role across all functions of Wilson Dow, as well as an opportunity to work directly with clients. The Production Coordinator’s role is to support projects with general production needs as well as work more specifically in the Speaker Support capacity, managing presentations and acting as the liaison between clients and the graphics team. Training Producer

Technical Director

As a Wilson Dow freelance Technical Director, you will be responsible for working directly with the event’s Producer and Creative Team to compile competitive AV quotes, scenic costs, rigging, power and internet costs. Creation of an onsite schedule to estimate all crew overtime is also part of the initial budgeting process. Preproduction includes the tracking of any budget changes, acting as liaison with the venue and venue’s in-house AV Department, along with a site survey when necessary. Onsite responsibilities include load-in, run of show and load-out. Additionally, post event budget reconciliation and debrief will be completed on all events.

Show Caller

As a Wilson Dow freelance Show Caller, you will be responsible for working directly with the event’s Producer, Technical Director, Creative Team, and Content and Production Coordinators, to compile all necessary information for the accurate cue calling of a live event. Cue calling can be conducted from digital or printed assets. Onsite Maintenance of the Show Flow/Rundown may also be part of the onsite responsibilities. If the event includes a Stage Manager managing backstage, you will work together to ensure accurate stage sets and talent cueing. Occasionally, there will be limited pre and post-production time involved.
